Baan Sabai means "House of Wellbeing" in Thai.
This is a spacious modern Thai/Colonial style house, 170 sqm inside and 120 sqm outside areas, made up of different verandahs and terraces.
The main room comprises of kitchen, dining area and relaxing area and has a high ceiling with 3 large ceiling fans and a water wall fountain.

The bathrooms have toilet and rain forest showers. The lower bathroom have direct access to the back side garden.
On upper floor there is a roof terrace facing back yard.
The private garden is 1400 sqm, house included, and is filled with many different palms, frangipani, banana, and papaya trees, bambou, orchids, hibiscous etc There is also a large koi fish pond, with papyrus and water lilies.
