Rental Info
Following items are included in the Rental Fee
- Free use of House and Inventory, Garden and Pool.
- Bed Linen and Towels is provided
- Laundry of bed linen and towels once a week and at check-out
- House Cleaning, once a week and at check-out
- Drinking Water in 20 litre bottle is provided free
- Free use of WiFi Internet in house and at Pool/Restaurant area
- Free use of AC, TV, DVD, CD-Stereo
Following items are subject for a surcharche
- For environmental protection reason the Electricity consumtion is charged at cost (meter) Fee 7 Bath per KWh, (the added cost will be approx 10-15 EURO per week at normal consumtion)
- Satellite TV with international channels can be activated at cost (30-40 EURO per month)
Restaurant & meals
- Restaurant "9 Coin Chicken", located 200 m from the house is open for lunch and dinner and for breakfast after agreement.
- The house is also fully equipped with cooking and dining self service.
Transports
- Transfer from Airport or Hotel in Bangkok can be arranged with private taxi, Price 3000 Bath (approx EURO 65:-)
- Transports to Patong village, (2 km) or water falls (Nam Tok 6 km) are usually made with Motobike, Tuk-Tuk or car (Taxi).
- Transports to Golf Course (20 km) with Taxi
- Transports to Chanthaburi (60 km) or Koh Chang (120 km) with Bus, Minibus (coach) or Taxi
Medical Service
- There is a pharmacy and a small hospital with good service in Patong village, 2 km from the house.
- Bangkok Hospital in Chanthaburi as a highly modern and efficient Hospital in Chanthaburi about 60 km from Soi Dao
